Complex Manager for Surabaya (Code: CMS)


Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the day to day management of the Complex and ensuring the achievement of the operating budget

Requirements:

• Graduate from S1 or bachelor degree
• At least 5 years related experiences working in the same position
• Strong knowledge regarding Leasing administration and regulation, Building regulation and Maintenance programs (including safety and security procedures).
• Good negotiation skill, sharp analytical skill, and excellence communications skill
• Willing to be placement in Surabaya
• English proficiency both oral and written is a must
