Responsibilities:
• In charge in developing and executing employee annual training plan
• and project training plan.
• Developing and detail assessment on all employee competencies.
• Data entry for updating employee data based
• Finding gap of competencies between employee and their position.
• Recommend suggestion to fulfill the gap of competencies.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others), Physics, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or General HR.
• Full-Time and Contract position available.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
