SEEKING TALENTED Purchasing /Warehouse Coordinator
We are seeking qualified hands on, top-notch, and dynamic Purchasing/Warehouse Coordinator. The position requires a highly organized, detailed oriented and extremely hands person able to work in a fast-paced, aggressive growth, international business environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless flow of purchasing and inventory operations. Responsibilities include shipping, inventory management, stock room record keeping, purchase price negotiation with vendors, coordinating with US office overseas, working with the accounting team to enforce purchase policy standards, and general facility maintenance. Candidate must have a good understanding of inventory costing methods (e.g. FIFO, LIFO, Weighted Average) and experience with computerized inventory management systems (including bill of materials) is a must. In addition, the candidate must be well versed in international shipping terms and regulations. Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written English language skills. Candidate should be a self starter and exhibit a high degree of ownership and pride in their work. Candidates must work well independently, with worldwide accounting team members.

Purchasing / Warehouse Coordinator
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years Bachelor’s degree. Accounting or business degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in purchasing and inventory management in the manufacturing industry
• Demonstrated experience with computerized inventory systems.
• Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Ability to work 50 hours/week minimum.
