Technical Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical training activity
• Conduct Traning Needs Analysis for technical training
• Develop technical training module
• Deliver technical training to employee
• Develop training evaluation system for technical training
• Responsible for technical training administration

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Hydraulic & Pneumatic, Electrical, PLC.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
