Sales Head (SAH)

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible to manage sales function within the branch in accordance with company’s policies and procedures to achieve sales target and enhance our company’s service reputation. Managing sales forces to achieve sales target with excellent service would be the priority.

Requirements:

• The incumbent should have an experience as Sales Head min. 2 years (preferably in financing company or banking)
• Strong leadership to manage and develop subordinates
• Ability to create and execute sales strategic plan, have a great network, drive to achieve target, able to work a long with others, literate in English.
• The incumbent should be able to assign in all around Indonesia
