Personal Assistant to General Manager (Based on East Kalimantan)
Responsibilities:
• To assist the General Manager Operation in the daily operations of Office
• Organize & handle all correspondence pertaining to General Manager Operation’s Office
• Filing of all General Manager Operation’s correspondences
• Document to be kept secure all the time
• To ensure report, return, etc are submitted by respective center as per schedule
• Budget preparation
• Handling communication system in General Manager Office
Requirements:
• Female
• Age between 25-30 years old
• Hold S1 Degree in any majoring from reputable University
• Experiences min 2 years
