Assistant Manager Sales CEPS (Corporate Employee Privilege Scheme)
Responsibilities:
• To manage CEPS - Jakarta sales team with 6 Supervisors under agency.
• To achieve annual target given by Bank.
• To manage cost and budget which deliver to the DSA channel, and also TPSAs.
• To focus on recruitment, training & coaching strategy.
• To conduct daily performance monitoring.
• To manage relationship with other parties related with CEPS business.
Requirements:
• Possess Bachelor degree from local / overseas university majoring in any related discipline.
• Possess at least 3 - 5 years total sales leadership experience in banking / financial product.
• Must have strong motivation and good presentation skill.
• Must have solid exposure in managing a large team and high involvement in team work.
• Must be highly proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Must be computer literate.
