We are seeking the qualified candidate for the position below :
Design Engineer
• Male
• Age: 25 - 30 years old
• Education: Polytechnic or Diploma III (Major: Mechanical Engineering)
• Experience: 2 years (minimum) in Design, & especially (minimum) 1 years in metal fabrication is preferable.(Fresh graduate of Degree (S1) or D3 with minimum GPA 2.8 is encouraged to apply)
• Have knowledge, experience and skill (PRACTICAL SKILLS) of:
1. Mechanical Drawing (especially fabrication drawing)
2. Design of pressure vessels, heat exchangers & piping
3. Material knowledge (minimum SUS and Ti, nickel alloy is prefarable)
4. Design calculation in accordance with ASME and TEMA (with JIS also is better)
5. Metal processing, especially welding
6. Careful checking of drawing by the experience of actual production
7. Agitator design and manufacturing (is better)
8. Quality matters
• Have strong leadership in work
• Can work carefully and accurately.
• Good in English (both written and oral)
• Good in health
• Familiar with AutoCAD & MS Office programs.
Cost Control Engineer (Estimator)
• Male
• Age: 25 – 30 years old.
• Education: Degree (S1) or Diploma 3 (Major: Mechanical Engineering)
• Experience: 2 years (minimum) as Cost Control Engineer (Estimator) or as Design Engineer in metal fabrication company. (Fresh graduate of Degree (S1) or D3 with minimum GPA 2.8 is encouraged to apply)
• Have experience and skill at :
1. Material Breakdown and Developing
2. Strength Calculation, sub vendor cost and other cost calculation
3. Estimation of Fabrication working hour, design and inspection cost.
4. Material Knowledge (Stainless Steel & Nickel base Alloy)
5. Kind of process of Pressure Vessel Fabrication
6. Kind of Inspection, NDE and 3rd party inspection
7. Have an experience/knowledge of Pressure vessel design would be preferable.
• Have strong leadership in work
• Can Work carefully and accurately
• Good in English (both written and oral)
• Good in health.
• Familiar with MS Office programs & AutoCAD.
