IT Department Head
Responsibilities:
• You will lead IT Department in developing business strategy and organization, to operation & manage information technology. As a critical role in leading an IT users and system support team as well as managing the automation of operations and continuous improvement of business process needs to possess both local and global environment experience, wide ranged IT vision and proven accomplishment tracking in several projects, experience in managing and maintaining IT projects at multiple sites, and also have a strong business acumen as well.

Requirements:
• Age between 30 – 40 years old.
• Having 4 years experience as database oracle 9I administration
• Basically understanding life cycle system of retail business
• Knowledge and skill of database is a must
• Good concept of Entity Relational Diagrams & Data Model Documentation, Oracle Database, PL / SQL language, Flat file, TOAD , Unix.
• Other skill of Oracle Form and Report Developers 6I / 10 G is an advantage
• Excellent English
• Recent working experience as IT Dept. Head and proven managerial track record
• Experience in making process business documentation
• Good understanding in customer expectation and having appropriate working Approach for a project


Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:
• You will Plan, organize, prepare and executing all activities refer to Recruitment and Assessment Dept. such as performance Evaluation / PA, People development program, reviewing assessment method, SOP, up dating job description, job analysis and job grading, supporting HRMS and others related into HR Recruitment and assessment development program according to the goal and company strategy.

Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Hold S1 in Psychologist
• Good knowledge of various psychology assessment tools
• Good knowledge of CBHRM and performance management
• Good English both oral and written
• Good in some computer software application, especially: power point and excel
