Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
• Reviewing agreement
• Prepare all legal documents for company purposes
• Compile and maintain all legal documents
• Negotiate with third party regarding legal issues.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring in Law from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 (4.00 scale)
• Maximum 40 years old.
• Having at least 2 years of practicing Law
• Good command in English (written & oral)
• Strong analytical skill.
• Able to work individual or as team player.
