INTERCONNECT BILLING ENGINEER (IBE)

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate constantly with related departments to identify and address system and business requirements
• Managed day to day operation of interconnection billing system, including system configuration, reconciliation and SOKI settlement
• Ensure compatibility of applications system to allow integration with other systems (Mediation, Reporting and Financial system)
• Perform system parameter/reference data management
• Prepares other interconnect system reports as needed


Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in billing system (retail, interconnection or roaming) from telco operator or vendor
• Good knowledge of local (Indonesia) interconnection regulation (Revenue Based/Cost Based)
• Good knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL
• Has experience with Mediation system
• Preferably has experiences in 2G/3G Cellular Network, IT/Computer, Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
• Fluency in English
