Job Title: PROJECT SECRETARY
Directorate: Manufacturing
Location: Jakarta & Tuban – East Java

Scope of works:

The incumbent will be responsible to organize and to assist the administrative matters of the Project Manager’s and Project Team’s activities and paperwork effectively and efficiently. She also has to process the business travel preparation of the Project Management Team and administrate their expenses.

Requirements:

• Education : Diploma degree from Secretarial Academy
• Experiences : min.3 years related experiences.
• Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes
• Language : Good command of English, both oral & written


Other qualifications :

• Good knowledge of company business.
• Ability to do secretarial works.
• Ability to use all communication facilities.
• Good self confidence.
• Good telephoning & time management skills.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
