HRD Asst. Manager

Responsibilities:

Be responsible in performing recruitment, competency assessment, learning & training, talent management, performance evaluation, and internal communication

Requirements:

• Max. 35 years old
• Min. S1 in Psychology, certified psychologist
• Experienced in HR for minimum of 7 years
• Savvy in ISO implementation, sound comprehension in Labor Law, and good understanding in payroll administration.
