PERSONNEL HEAD

Responsible for managing all aspects of human resources in the store, which includes recruitment, training & development, industrial relation, payroll system and all administrative matters related with this area.

Job requirements:

• Responsible for managing all aspects of human resources in the store, which includes recruitment, training & development, industrial relation, payroll system and all administrative matters related with this area.

Job requirements:

• S1 degree in economy, psychology or law with min 4 years working experience in human resources area with last position in supervisory level
• Male / Female, age between 28 – 35 years old
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Good English communication and computer literate
• Strong leadership and high motivation
