Project Manager

The requirements are:

• Bachelor Degree from Architecture or Interior Design
• Max 32 years old
• Have 2 years experience at Retail in Project/Property/Maintenance Department.
• Have 2 years experience as a Contractor
• Have a good understanding of building material
• Have a good knowledge about store's lay out and fixtures inside store
• Have a good knowledge about CAPEX/tender process/AQ
• Have a good knowledge of Microsoft office/Microsoft project
• Have a good knowledge about Fixed assets
• Familiar with Value Engineering Programme
• Familiar with Reduce Utility Cost Programme
• Willing to work over time
• Willing to travel from project to project
