Receptionist (Rec)

Main Responsibilities :

• Handling incoming/outgoing telephone, and company’s guests
• Handling administration activities such as correspondence and other documentation.
• Represents the company image as the front office stage

Requirements :

• Female, Max 23 years old, Good looking
• Minimum height 158 cm with proportional.
• Minimum D2 from reputable university
• One year experience in the same position or call center agent. Fresh graduate also wellcome.
• Activelly communicate in English.
• Computer literate, Ms. Office proficiency
• The candidates shall be self motivated, honest, highly dedicated, initiative, good health, good interpersonal and communication skills, pleasant personality, and cooperative with the team.
