Accounting Manager



Job Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly and yearly financial reporting for the Management and Parent Company in German as well as for the statutory requirements,
Prepare financial forecasting and budgeting,
Liaise with Internal & External Auditors, Tax consultants, Tax Auditors, Banks and other financial related parties,
Manages and responsible for the smooth completion of the yearly financial audit and or tax audit,
Maintain proper documentation for internal purpose and any financial-related purposes like financial audit, custom and tax audit,
Maintain proper procedures and its implementation for financial-related operational and ensure the compliance to the internal policies as well as to the statutory requirements


Requirement of the position:

• Degree or Master in Accounting ( Finance )
• Deep knowledge in Local GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS
• Good understanding in Taxation and Budgeting
• Excellent communication skills & leadership
• Literate in Computer uses & English
• Having SAP knowledge, Auditing/Consulting experience & working experience with a MNC would be an advantage
