As part of Akzo Nobel Coatings, our Jakarta Plant (under legal entity of PT Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes Indonesia) located in Pulogadung Industrial Estate, exports to 19 countries in Asia Pacific. To support our growth, we need bright candidates to fill the following vacant position :
Treasury Staff
Critical accountabilities:
1. Payment process
• Conduct payment process due to date of vendor invoice.
2. Managing petty cash
• Manage petty cash usage to keep balance and entry to the system as procedure
3. Clearing process
• Provide clearing process for all advance payment and all vendor account
4. Maintain Loan to Bank
• Conduct an agreement for loan to Bank staff
5. Bank Reconciliation
• Conduct reconciliation for all Bank Balance
6. Maintain prepaid expenses and prepaid insurance account
• Amortize and clearing prepaid account
Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Diploma degree majoring in accounting or financial
• Experience in accounting for a minimum of 2 years
• Good understanding and knowledge in the area of accounting
• Good integrity
• Good understanding and knowledge of Tax
• Computer literate skill required.
• Self motivates
• Interested in details, accuracy, and monotonous task.
• Able to work under pressure condition
• Hazard identification and control skill
