Contracts Administration Assistant
We now seek a team-focused and exceptionally organized person to assist in providing support to the Procurement Manager within the Pearl Project. Your strong planning and organizing skills combined with a flexible approach will enable you to efficiently develop, support and improve the administration function of the Supply Chain team. In this diverse role you will be instrumental in ensuring that all secretarial support is effectively managed and will assist with confidential contract and documentation preparation. You will also be required to take the lead for drafting meeting agendas, minute taking and distribution along with the drafting of reports for management when required.
You will have solid experience working in fast-paced administrative role that has involved a proactive, highly organised work ethic. Experience working within a contracts and procurement environment would be advantageous however a keen attention to detail and professional can-do manner will definitely be strengths you will demonstrate. You will be no stranger to meeting deadlines within your work and your organisational skills will allow you to complete these effectively. Advanced level Microsoft Work & Excel skills are essential, as is your fluency both English and Bahasa (Indonesian) language.
This is a Jakarta-based position.
