TRAINER
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and conduct training programs
2. Build good rapport with training participants
3. Inspire participants with positive training impact
4. Work with and support other functions in the organization to achieve the business target.
Job Specific Requirements:
1. Male / Female
2. Minimum S1 degree, preferably S2 from a reputable university
3. Experience in conducting training
• Minimum have 2 years experience as trainer, preferably in the Training or Service Industry
• Must have ability to conduct training individually and in a team
• Proven track record in delivering training with positive participant feedback
• Preferably has experience in conducting a variety of training programs : mindset / motivational and skill program; workshop and outdoor program; program for managers and front-line staff
4. Able to work with team, work under pressure
5. Have CAN DO attitude, high energy, flexibility, high degree of initiative
6. Fluency in spoken English is a preferred strong point
7. Good presentation and interpersonal skill
8. Willing to travel on assignments on weekdays and weekends
