Executive for Training and Development Department

Qualification :

• Graduated S1 from reputable university majoring Business Administration.
• Experience 3 years in Training and Development especially MLM Company.
• Possess a pleasant, dynamic personality and result-oriented.
• Self-motivator with strong business insights and customer-orientation.
• Good interpersonal skill, resourceful, analytical, able to work independently with minimum supervision or in a team.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Able to conduct a training.
• Able to operate in computerized environment and able to use MS Office.
• Able to travel through out whole Indonesia and overseas.
• Hard working, honest and able to work in a team.
• Have knowledge about ISO 9000:2001 will be desirable.
