RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Requirements :

1. Male / Female, max. age 35 years old, GPA > 3.00 (min. S1)
2. Preferably having prior experience in priority / personal banking or call center or hospitality industry or any "customer" - focused industry
3. Having creativity (*think*out*of*the*box*) to develop customer loyalty programs & organize events as well as execute the program / event implementation.
4. Possess understanding to setup customer database system & knowledge about call center management system
5. Energetic, smart, outgoing personality & customer friendly
6. Fluent in English and Computer Literate (MS Office)
