ToR Program Officer for Gender and Poverty
Duties and Responsibilities :
• Provide overall support to the Gender Working Unit in MONE in the implementation of the agreed Gender activities within all Pillars of the MCPM-AIBEP program, including those at district level
• Support the development of an appropriate communication system and network within the Gender Unit
• Act as the administrative liaison to AIBEP implementing partners particularly the government officials in MoNE and MoRA
• Provide logistical support and guidance on routine implementation of program activities, including the organisation of travel both within Indonesia and overseas, while tracking the use of financial resources
• Organise meetings and workshops as agreed by the program management including the preparation and distribution of Minutes and other supporting documents
• Serve as an interpreter and translator on an ad-hoc basis
• Maintain and update the agreed core set of documentation and records as they are available at relevant institutions;
• Work closely with the MCPM Program Accountant to ensure Trust Account procedures for all implemented activities are properly followed
• Perform other duties as may be required by the supervisors
Qualifications(ITS)
• A Bachelor Degree and/or 3-5 years relevant professional administrative experience, preferably in the field of education or education development
• Personal and intellectual maturity and good inter-personal skills
• The ability to work independently and in an organized manner
• Sensitivity to cultural and other differences, including Gender, Race and Religion
• Openness to feedback and the ability to manage complex events and situations
• Excellent computer and typing skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
