PRODUCTION MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide overall Management of the ongoing Production operations including Inventory Control, Scheduling, Documentation, Equipment Maintenance, Shipping, and Quality Control/Inspection.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems.
• Track quality of all processes through analysis of recorded data and formation of additional test-points. Correlate results with requirements/specifications.
• Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constrains.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
• Hire, train evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personnel grievances.
• Report directly to General Manager.
SKILLS:
1. Knowledge in ISO 9001.
2. Experience with quality improvement tools and techniques for a manufacturing environment.
3. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
4. Knowledge of proactive preventive measures and corrective actions to assure continuous product improvement.
5. Expertise in developing control experiments leading to process improvements that improves the overall quality of the product.
6. Ability to clearly communicate/document methods, protocols, reports and evaluation result.
7. Creation of documentation, manufacturing process Instructions.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English. Mandarin is a plus.
9. Motivating, developing and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
10. Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Requirements :
1. A bachelor’s degree (S1) preferably in Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in managerial level. Experience in printing is a plus.
3. Male / Female, prefers 30 – 40 years of age.
4. Able to work under pressure.
5. Available on weekend (not necessary at all time).
6. High attention to details.
7. Initiative, Energetic, Problem Solver, Healthy background, Aggressive.
8. Have own vehicle.
HRD & GA MANAGER
Responsibilities :
1. Recruit, train, evaluate, discharge, and resolve personnel grievances.
2. Establish and review policies that are aligned with company’s strategies and guidelines, including policies on recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, disciplinary.
3. Manage daily HR activities and prepare reports for top management.
4. Manage and control General Affairs in daily operations.
5. Report directly to Director.
Skills :
1. Strong knowledge in government regulation concerning labor and employment not limited to payroll, income tax, Jamsostek (Regulation of Departemen Tenaga Kerja).
2. Self discipline with good work ethic.
3. Able to motivate, develop and direct people as they work, identify the best people for the job.
4. Possess strong managerial and leadership skill, assertive and having good communication and interpersonal skill.
5. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
6. Familiar with psychology tools and have experience in analysis psychological test.
7. Knowledge of ISO 9001.
Requirements :
1. A bachelor degree (S1) preferably in Psychology or Law.
2. Minimum of 3 (three) years experience in managerial level in HRD.
3. Male, prefers 30 – 40 years of age.
4. Able to work under pressure.
5. Initiative, Energetic, Problem Solver, Healthy background, Aggressive.
