Requirements:

• Strata-1 degree majoring in Mechanical or Electrical
• Age between 30-35 years old
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Property Management for high rise building

Deputy Property General Manager

Requirements:

• Strata-1 degree majoring in Mechanical or Electrical and / or Master degree in Property Management / Business Management (is preferable)
• Age between 30-35 years old
• Minimum 5 years of experience Property & Facility Management for high rise building
• Good command of English and familiar with Management System of ISO 9001 : 2000



Site Manager (Code: ST Mgr)

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Architecture, Civil Engineering Graduate with min 5 years experience in highrise building
• Male, max 40 years old
• Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
• Ability to identify and Implement creative solutions

Architect Site Engineer (Code: ARC Eng)

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Architecture with min 5 years experience in highrise building
• Male, max 35 years old

M & E Site Manager (Code: ME Eng)

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Electrical, or related discipline graduate with min 5 years of experience in highrise building
• Male, max 35 years old


Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor

Requirements:

• Hold min D3 degree majoring in Mechanical or Electrical
• Age between 25-30 years old
• Minimum 3 years experience in Property Management for high rise building
