In accelerating the attainment of its challenging business growth, PT Nutricia Indonesia - a Multinational FMCG company is currently looking for qualified candidates to become a District Managers to be based in Bandung, Palembang, Jogyakarta and Balikpapan. The incumbent will responsible to assist Regional Manager in managing a group of NRs (Nutritional Representatives) to ensure the sales target fulfillment of its business portfolio as well as building and maintaining relationship with designated key customers.
DISTRICT SALES MANAGER
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will responsible for the following areas:
• To manage and control activities of NR (Nutritional Representative) in effectively implementing the promotion in accordance to our business plan and strategy.
• To provide weekly and monthly report and analysis of sales activities at district level to Regional Manager accurately and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the execution of training and development to Nutritional Representative staff based on the schedule and procedures to improve their quality of work.
• Propose, execute, analyze and evaluate the most effective sales activities / programs at district level to achieve sales target.
• To provide necessary information and product knowledge training to key customer of each product’s category.
• To develop and maintain good relationship with key customers at district level through regular meeting and communication.
SUCCESS CRITERIA::
To become a successful candidate you must possess the following criteria:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Economic (majoring Marketing / Management) with minimum of 3 years related
• Strong exposures in the sales field management of FMCG company particularly in Baby Food industry would be an advantage
Knowledge:
Knowledge of principles and methodology of sales and marketing management, which includes, account management, category management and territory management.
SUCCESS CRITERIA (cont’d):
Skills:
• Demonstrates strong selling skills which includes sales analytical skills, sales planning, sales control and reporting skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, sales negotiation and presentation skills
• Possess supervisory and leadership skills i.e. creative thinking, problem solving & decision making, planning & organizing, understanding the basic principles of coaching, motivating and developing others
• Computer literacy – Ms. Office programs (i.e. Ms. Excel, PowerPoint, Words)
• Good English communication skills both verbal and written- To compile, process and analyze secondary sales data by branch per SKU, data promotion activities. Key Accounts, Marketing, Consumer and Medical (branches and HO) and present in the form of sales forecast to the supply point:
