Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Maximum age 40 years old
• Hold min Bachelor degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent
• Having experience in same position min 5 years (preferable from hospitality industry)
• Having knowledge in Labor Law (familiar with UUK No.13/2003)
• Mature, have strong leadership
