HR & GA OFFICER (HR&GA)
Duties and responsibilities :
• Sorts incoming applications according to the respective department & position.
• Selects applications to be kept in our database for future needs.
• Produce and submit a monthly recruitment report.
• Post advertisements in the newspapers & online to ensure that it reaches a wide pool of applicants.
• Arrange interview appointments & participate in applicant interviews.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
• Monitor daily attendance & investigate the causes for staff absences.
• Responsible for GA matters, such as procurement of office supplies as well as office maintenance & renovation.
Job Requirements :
• S1 with min GPA of 3.0.
• Min 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in Recruitment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work effectively with a wide range of diverse people.
• Willing to travel quite extensively.
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Positive mind set, highly motivated with strong analytical ability and problem solving skills.
