Customer Service Leader(Based in Yogyakarta)
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for a team Customer Service Representatives in processing orders, debits, credits, returns, and in addressing more complex operational inquiries or issues. The Manager is required to make immediate decisions drawing on experience in exercising GE C&I policies, procedures, and guidelines
The incumbent will :
• Work with factory on production schedules and SCM on import delivery schedule to meet customers’ CRD. To ensure delivery schedules are communicated to sales and customers. To highlight any delivery issues well in advance.
• Lead and direct workflow of Customer Service Representatives to meet challenging and dynamic customer requirements and make decisions for staff on procedures and policy matters as issues are escalated.
• Perform or provide adequate training on Customer Service operational procedures for new and existing Customer Service staff.
• Direct resources within the Customer Service Team to ensure cohesion with new operation change or management initiative.
• Analyze and submit commercial sales data by working closely with SCM and Commercial.
