Requirements :
• At least bachelor degree from reputable university (Ideal-Master Degree)
• Minimum 5 (five) years experience, Experience in Quality area from MNC will be an advantage
• Mastering competencies on process improvement (LEAN Six Sigma, Project Management)
• Solid understanding on business and product and its operations, market-competition
• Team Player with strong influence skills to build commitment from all parties
• Strong Leadership Skills
• High proficiency in English
• Computer literacy
• Possessed High Integrity Value
Responsibilities :
• As MBB, overall responsibility in establishing strategic direction and framework on the LEAN Six Sigma function as a driver of overall business strategy and performance
• Develop VOE/VOC efforts by determining key drivers for exceeding customer satisfaction
• Lead change acceleration process – CAP by managing cross-functional initiatives which deliver significant impact (Customer Satisfaction, Growth and productivity)
• Promote and drive LEAN Six Sigma best practices by collaborating with LSS Leader at Asia Region Level and other GEM Country
• Act as a change agent, systematically driving continuous improvement / change throughout the company
