IMPORT OFFICER / STAFF
Requirements:
• Female
• Maximum 35 years old
• Education: S1 (Bachelors degree)
• Experience: minimum of 2 (two) years experience in handling import procedures
• Understand full procedure of Import, Import Regulations, and Custom Law
• Fluent in Spoken and Written English.
• Skilled in operating Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Detail oriented individual with problem-solving skill, positive and proactive attitude.
• Familiar with secretarial duties
Job description:
• Import Administration
• Monitoring and analyzing Inventory (Stock) position
• Preparing Purchase orders to overseas suppliers
• Communicating with Overseas Principals (Suppliers)
• Customs Clearance paperwork, LC
• Ensuring smooth transition between ordering until goods ship and delivered to warehouse on scheduled time.
• Other secretarial duties when needed
