GENERAL MANAGER / OPERATIONAL MANAGER

Requirements :

• Male/Female, Min 35 years
• Education minimal Degree from reputable university majoring Electrical or Mechanical
• Min. 5 years working experience in a Building management/high rise building/shopping mall
• Able to manage day to day activities
• Able to produce business strategy plan
• Willing to work hard and underpressure
• Have a good personality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent Communication skill, self motivated, result oriented, high professional approach and have strong confidence to liaise with senior people
• Fluent in English is a must both written & verbal


SYSTEM & PROCEDURE MANAGER / STAFF

Requirements :

• Male/Female, min age 30 years
• Holds Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Law / Management from a reputable university
• Familiar with ISO
• Possesses a minimum of 3 years working experience in same position.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and leadership skill
• Knowledge about government regulation, employee relation & dispute
