Technical Support

Responsibilities:

• Manage client / reseller of a Web & Email hosting centre
• Onsite operations support for systems in form of first line preventive / corrective maintenance
• Surveillance and troubleshooting
• Technical support of systems
• On call for technical emergency support
• Diagnosticsation of problems & rectification
• Installation of software updates


Requirements:

• Good experience with Linux, Apache web server, DNS, Mail Server (Qmail)
• Good understanding of IP technologies and market place
• Good experience working with project teams
• Intelligent Networks experience is an advantage
• Familiar with web scripting. (HTML, PHP / ASP, MySql / SQL Server)
• Familiar with Internet Environment (able to build simple website)
• LAN / WAN knowledge

Requirements:

• Female, age between 25 - 30 years old.
• Hold min D3 / S1 Accounting/Finance, min. 1 years experience.
• Computer literate (Ms. Office, Internet).

• Willing to learn and have a positive working attitude.
• Have a good leadership skills, communication, negotiation, responsible, honest, active and self-motivated.
