• Handling all incoming and outgoing calls, letter/document and courier services.
• To assist in general office administration duties.
• Responsible for attending all walk-in guests or customers.
• At least STPM, SPM level, Certificate or Diploma.
• Good telephone / conversation skills preferably familiar with PABX system.
• Outstanding, tactful and a friendly voice.
• Pleasant personality, possess a professinal disposition and deal with people at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
