COVERAGE PLANNING SPECIALIST

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop coverage plan proposals for regional
• Preparing a detailed analysis of each region's potential, economic feasibility and competitor's foot print of coverage
• Translating Marketing coverage requirements to Network and to verify the coverage plan developed by Network Directorate
• Preparing recommendations to priritize new areas or to improve coverage in existing areas by developing several scenarios
• Support network optimization by providing recommendation, example: re-direct coverage, expansion of coverage, changing necessity parameters
• Coordinate and conduct the regional surveys in cooperation with Network Directorates team

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 2 years experiences in Telco industry such as Operator, Vendors/Sub Contract, Market Research Consultant or working in department such as Market Research, Corporate Strategy
• Good knowledge and skills in socio economic parameters, geographical and market situation up to certain village levels
• Interested in detail, especially numbers
• Good in analysing and planning also love to make reporting
• Team player and able to work across departments and divisions
• Willing to travel
• Proficient in Microsoft programs, SPSS, MapInfo, ArcView
