SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST / ANALYST
To support management in reaching its goal in operation excellence by leveraging supply chain efficiency & effectiveness.
He/ she will be responsible to :
• Analyze, evaluate and propose supply chain model to the management, aligned with Corporate Strategic Intent
• Ensure the supply chain model and objectives are met and implemented according to the design and time constraint
• Work hand-in-hand with process owners to achieve supply chain objectives (align with the operational KPIs)
• Promote improvement culture and integrate improvement initiatives across corporate functions, regarding supply chain.

• Have a solid educational background in Industrial Engineering/ Business from a reputable university (local or overseas) with GPA min 3,0
• Have minimum 1-2 years experience in the area of improvement; concerning Planning/ Procurement/ Lean manufacturing/ Logistics & 5R implementation
• Highly conceptual, analytical and strong problem solver
• Able to express ideas and interact effectively with all management levels
• Enjoy working in a dynamic and “mobile” environment with the ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in English
• Computer literate (Ms. Office : Word, Excel, Power Point is a must)
• Programming ability & ERP exposure will be an advantage.
