Personal Assistant to Design Manager
Requirements :
• Female / Male age around 24-35 years old
• Fluently in French and English is a must
• Min 2 years experience as Personal Assistant and capable in organize office management
• Independent and able to perform multi-tasking
• Wiling to work half day on saturday
IMPORT ASSISTANT
SKILLS REQUIRED :
• Min. bachelor degree of any major.
• Female max. 35 years of age
• Fluent in english
• Min. 3 -4 years of experience in sourcing and purchasing
• Possesses initiative and business drive
• Reactivity (being able to answer/coordinate ASAP upon request of the Manager)
• Very organized person
• Knowledge of Import process (customs-clearance)
• Able to work independently in a fast paced environment and under tight deadlines
