RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (Code : RO – JD )

Main Responsibilities :

• Responsible to acquire new sales from new and existing customers that incorporate the full range of banking products and service (funding or lending) to achieve personal target
• Develop and maintain relationship with customer and act as trusted source to give financial solution

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline
• Preferable having minimum 1 (one) year experience in sales experience from banking or financial institution is preferable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Target oriented and able to work under pressure
• Strong motivation to give best service to customers
• Persistent and highly motivated to achieve best performance
• Placement area : DKI Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur, Riau, Batam

BRANCH MANAGER (Code : BM – JD)

Main Responsibilities :

• Organize, supervise, monitor, coordinate branch activities and manage human resource to achieve branch target
• Prepare strategic business plan and coordinate it to related staff and working unit

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor degree
• At least having 3 (three) years managerial position experience in banking (funding and lending)
• A good planner, has strong strategic and anticipative thinking ability
• Excellent managerial skill
• Strong analytical thinking particularly in business analysis
• Strong general knowledge (macro economics, business sector, international business, politics and regulation/general banking knowledge)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill; act as trusted source for customer to give financial solution
• Target oriented and customer oriented
• Has wide network
• Placement area : DKI Jakarta, Jawa Timur

SALES HEAD (Code : SH – JD)

Main Responsibilities :

• Prepare business plan and responsible to acquire new sales from new and existing customers that incorporate the full range of banking products and service (funding or lending) to achieve personal target
• Develop, manage and coach Relationship Officer team to achieve target
Requirements :
• Minimum bachelor degree
• At least having 3 (three) years sales experience (funding and or lending), preferably in banking industry
• Has good knowledge about banking product (funding and or lending)
• Excellent managerial skill
• Strong analytical thinking particularly in business analysis
• Strong general knowledge (macro economics, business sector, international business, politics and regulation/general banking knowledge)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill; act as trusted source for customer to give financial solution
• Target oriented and customer oriented
• Has wide network
• Placement area : DKI Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur
