SAP Level 1 Support – Material Management
This position will report to MIS Support Manager. The incumbent is responsible to solve day to day issues and train end users of SAP/R3 in Order to Cash process within the company.
Requirements :
• Bachelor degree form reputable university from Informatic Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75
• Having 3 years of SAP implementation experience, as a consultant or working as first level support in the organization (preferably FMCG) with minimum 200 SAP end users
• Expert implemention knowledge SAP/R3 MM and FI Module
• Preferably with knowledge of Business Intelligence and data warehouse
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and proactive attidue
• Ability to work within specific time limits and follow stringent SLAs (Support Level Agreement)
• Good command in English both verbal & written
• Potential to lead an interdepartemental team for MIS Projects
