A Foreign Owned Company located in West Jakarta, concentrating in Renewable Energy with Solar Home System as its prime products, is now looking for dynamic, self-motivated, highly committed professionals to join our team as:

ADMIN STAFF CUM RESEPTIONIST


Qualification :

• Min. D3 or equivalent
• Possess initiative with a positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people from all levels
• Self-motivated, committed and result-driven with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Willing to take on additional responsibilities and put in additional hours of work when required.
• Having a relevant experience in administration or secretarial spectrum


Qualification :

• Responsible for the full spectrum of secretarial functions such as handling internal and external phone calls / correspondences.
• Provides effective and efficient day to day office administration and operations
• Perform other ad hoc duties as and when necessary


The candidate have to be fluent in English and computer literate.
