Temporary Receptionist
What is Temporary Receptionist?
The incumbent of this position is accountable for maintaining the Reception area, handling incoming and outgoing calls, greeting and receiving visitors and distribution of mails and invoices. In addition, the Receptionist will provide administrative assistance to HR Department in terms of maintaining records of employee attendance and meal allowance, medical benefit and annual leave administration, overtime calculation and any other administrative matters.
The length of contract period is 3 months.
Who are we looking for?
• College / Secretarial school / University graduate
• At least 1 year experience as a Receptionist / Secretary / Customer Service, preferably in multinational company
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently
• Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
• Mature, able to control emotions in difficult situations.
