Qualification:

• Male / female
• 30 - 40 years old, minimum 5 years experience in similar position
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, power point, etc)
• Fluent in English
• University degree of law
• Understand manpower decree and regulations in general
• Good communication skills
• Enjoy traveling
• Hard working, independent, so forth
• Have high personal integrity and dependability
• Good attitude and able to work in a team
• Specific requirement: easy to socialize and possess good analytical ability & negotiation skills

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ASSISTANT (IRA)

Qualification:

• Male / female
• University degree of law, minimum 5 years experience in similar position
• 30 - 45 years old
• Understand manpower decree and regulations in general
• Good communication skills
• Enjoy traveling
• Hard working, independent, so forth
• Ability to speak English (active English)
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power point, etc)
• Have high personal integrity and dependability
• Good attitude and able to work in a team
• Specific requirement : easy to socialize and possess good analytical ability & negotiation skills
