Requires you to:
• Contribute to our business goals and objectives in term of employee and customer satisfaction, revenue and profitability.
• Work with clients from many and varied industries and uphold the reputation for quality and delivery that is the heart of The Nielsen Company Indonesia Business.
• Be potential leaders for the research industry and have the ability to guide and develop a team within The Nielsen Company.
• Lead research projects for our clients with task that may include but not be limited to proposal writing, project management, analysis, developing insights and recommendation and presenting findings.
The Person will…
• Have 3-6 years in a market research environment for Research Manager position.
• Have 7-12 years in a market research environment for Associate Director position.
• Possess the ability to engender respect from your colleagues and to be a team player.
• Have a passion to make discoveries and develop insights for our clients.
• Be willing to be part of the client team. The Nielsen Company focus is on working with rather than simply for our clients.
General Requirements: Computer literacy, fluency in English, both oral and written, good analytical thinking, self motivated, driven to learn and clients relationship skills.
