CSC Representative
You will be responsible for:
• Handling incoming calls in professional manner.
• Arranging for pick up inquiry, supplying request and handling track & trace shipment.
• Identifying and recording complaints on service issues
• Recommending solutions to service concerns to management
• Any other duties assigning from time to time.
Requirements:
• Diploma degree from any discipline
• 2 years relevant experience is preferable
• Good written and spoken English
• Patient and pleasant personality
• Good telephone etiquette
