Network Engineering:Traffic & Dimensioning Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Functional and administrative management of the Section Traffic Engineering & System Dimensioning – Responsible for gathering traffic usage of all network, IN and VAS elements and pro-actively define required dimension due to launch of new products and services, promotions and subscriber acquisition.
* Prepares management report on traffic performance and facilities usage and capacity.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Telecommunication) or equivalent
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in "Traffic & Dimensioning Engineering" from telecommunication company
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta
* Full-Time positions available
* Excellent managerial and leadership skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive, hardworking, disciplined, results oriented
