PT. Nutricia Indonesia Sejahtera is currently looking for the qualified candidates to become a part of Sales Department as a Demand Planner

For this position, we are looking qualified candidate to be stationed in our office in Jakarta.

The incumbent will be responsible to provide analysis/review, proposed actions and market insights for the trade marketing function & to coordinate all forecasting activities for the company.


DEMAND PLANNER



ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


To provide analysis/review and proposed actions for

* Customer service levels

* Distribution performance tracking (KPI’s)

* Establishing Out of stock information & insight by each channel

* Establishing ‘Business Warehouse’ as pre-requisite for forecasting process improvement

* Reports of the progress of annual sales plan and status of spending.


To provide market insights

* Conduct periodical market visit with KAM, RM, DM and distributors to explore the market opportunity and competitive insight.

* Share market visit findings with all concerned and follow up on them.

* Maintain close contact with other NIS interfaces by having regular contact with them to get market update situation, feedback and

* Nielsen reporting/analysis on sales KPI’s (distribution i.e., channel trends)


To coordinate all forecasting activities for PT. NIS

* To generate optimal forecast accuracy to the Supply Point

* To compile, process and analyze secondary sales data by branch per SKU, data promotion activities. Key Accounts, Marketing, Consumer and Medical (branches and HO) and present in the form of sales forecast to the supply point:

* To collect data on primary sales, secondary sales (by branch per SKU) on regular basis

* To create a logical trend for historical sales data

* To collect additional volume requirement data from Key Account, Medical and Consumer Team (branches and HO) latest 8 wks in advance before scheduled primary sales prior promotion program (est. 2 wks before program date)

* To present combination data on historical and additional volume in form of rolling weekly sales forecast.

* To ensure schedule attainment of 8 wks planning is achieved in time and in full, and make log records for any deviations or realization.

* To liaise with distributors ensuring correct and timely forecasting

* To make regular record on forecast vs actual PO, and realization vs forecast


REQUIREMENT

* Educational Background: University degree in management/marketing/finance, 2 yrs experience in sales/finance department at FMCG or related industries.

* Skill and knowledge: English; able to do multitasking work; good knowledge of setting up systems, computer skills.

* Competency: Reporting, communication, presentation, negotiation, problem solving, customer service oriented, analytical skills
