Customer Service SPV
Task and responsibilities for the position:
• Supervising all aspects of the customer service activities
• Supervising technicians for the post warranty service
• Supervising service agents
• Controlling the ost of the post warranty activities
• Conducting technical training for local & overseas customer
Qualification expected:
• Diploma graduation in refrigeration / mechanical / eletrical engineering. Bachelor degree in engineering is preferred, with satisfaction result.
• Good technical / engineering logics.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 3 years experience on the same field, in manufacturing industry & multinational company.
• Having intensive job experience in material management or technical customer service environtment would be an added value.
• Ability to manage work independently as well as manage job pressures.
• Computer literate (especially in Microsoft Excel & Access)
• Willing to travel extensively, both local & overseas
