Our client, which is a Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) company, is currently looking for:

AREA SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

* Developing the most effective distribution channel & managing the distributor performance within the assigned area
* Developing the market potential, identify the customers
* Ensure the productivity of sales force, evaluate their performance and developing the capacity
* Managing sales promotional activities
* Balancing stock level with market demand and distributor target
* Close Monitoring the primary & secondary sales

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): English, Computer Skill.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Medan.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Sales-Corporate/Wholesale/Trading/Merchandising or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
