EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO PRESIDENT DIRECTOR

Essential Skills/Experience:

* Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate the following :
* Familiar with expatriates formalities
* Self motivated, positive attitude, enthusiastic and initiative
* Excellent communication and oral skills to people at all levels (both in English & Bahasa Indonesia)
* Inter-personal communication skills
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Excellent Computer skills
* Possess high motivation to provide outstanding customer service
* Team player

Key Accountabilities:

* Indirectly assist in the arrangement of expatriate permits, leave records, visa applications, etc.
* Staff movements day to day
* HR Administrations
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of work
* Provide secretarial assistance to PT OMS and provide general support to all administrative assistance
* Adherence to Company’s SH&E policies and procedures
* Directly supporting President Director (Promo items, best providers, etc.)
* Managing receptionist
* Managing company business meeting, conference, exhibition and social events
* Expats – travel/accommodation assistance (as backup)
