Researcher / Research Associate

Responsibilities:

* Researchers work closely with consultants and receive well-rounded exposure and training that enable them to develop not only into professional consultants, but also experts in diverse functions, industries and markets.Â


* Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting company and candidate research and analyses across industries and countries in Asia
* Pre-screening of candidates and database management
* Preparing candidate profiles and ensuring quality of search process

Requirements:

* Degree holder with 2-3 years work experience in any industry; previous experience in executive search will be considered for Senior Research Associate position
* Proficient in written and spoken English
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; hands-on, highly motivated and results-oriented team player
